Central Florida Community College

I perform at this college's auditorium quite often with the Central Florida Symphony.
We usually rehearse in the band room in the fine arts building, however one day there
was cleaning or something going on so they put us in this convention center building.
Well, I thought it was absolutely perfect for a wedding reception and kept it in the back of mymind for this time. After finding that every Ocala hotel was booked for the 17th, Country Clubs were just outragiously priced, and the Ritz Historic Inn was just plain unacceptable, we went to the CFCC to check out there convention rooms. After looking at both, Karissa fell in love with this one. It's a relatively good cost to rent the building, considering it's cheaper than all but one other place we considered. There will be challenges, like getting insurance to serve alcohol, and decorating, but we seem to be finding answers fast.
